Technical Description

The Days Healthcare Verb Powerchair is a Class ‘B’ indoor/outdoor vehicle with

a maximum carrying capacity of 115 kg (18 stone) which must never be ex-

ceeded. It has a maximum speed of 4 mph (6.5 km/h) and is classified as an

‘Invalid Carriage’ for use indoors, on pavements, footpaths, pedestrian zones and

areas free from motor traffic. Use on the road or highway is not allowed except

for the purpose of crossing.
